Add AuctionCan I cancel/delete my account?
Yes, absolutely. This option is available within your user dashboard. Should you decided to leave the platform, all of your data is removed from public viewing. However, we do store your data in the event we need to contact you regarding previously conducted business while your account was active.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Currently, Premiere Flippers only uses PayPal as our preferred merchant. PayPal provides buyer protection on all purchases. It's important to note that unlike other auction platforms, Premiere Flippers does not allow instant transfer of funds to sellers at the close of any auction. This helps to prevent fraud against false revenue claims, undelivered assets, and more. In essence, Premiere Flippers acts as the escrow agent between buyers and sellers. How can I manage my Account?
All users have a personalized dashboard. This is where you manage your personal details, and manage your buying and selling activities. To access your dashboard, click the "my account" link in the upper right corner of the main page at anytime. Within your dashboard, you will be able to communicate with buyers and sellers, manage all of your bidding and selling, request cashout for any funds held in escrow, and more.
Is my credit card information secure?
Absolutely. Your credit card information is not stored anywhere in our system. All transactions are conduction via PayPal which is 100% safe and secure. Each purchase made through Premiere Flippers is assigned a transaction ID by PayPal and also and escrow ID by our system for tracking the progress of all transactions.
Our pricing model is the most competitive within our business model. More details of listing fees can be found on our pricing page. Although we offer FREE listings (for a limited time), our standard fees are the lowest you’ll find. We do charge a standard 10% of the gross sale amount to the seller, and a 5% fee to the buyer.
Why do you charge a fee to the buyer? This small fee helps to cover merchant fees. Since Premiere Flippers acts as the escrow agent to both the seller and buyer, there is a fee charged to us by PayPal for moving funds between accounts. The modest 5% doesn’t cover all of our costs, but by charging this small amount it allows us to offer the lowest listing fees in the industry.
What if a seller doesn’t deliver the assets? This is exactly why we act as the escrow agent for all transaction. As a buyer, funds are not released to the seller until you approve receipt of the assets inside your dashboard.
Once the transaction has been approved for completion, the net funds are released to the seller (less any commissions, fees, or purchased upgrades). The fund will appear in your dashboard and you can request to “cashout” at anytime.
